As a 501(c)(3), My Neighborheart operates through a working Board of Directors. You can get to know more about them below.

Jeannine Mettinen, Founder

In her professional role as a home care nurse, founder and president of My Neighborheart, Jeannine Mettinen, has had the opportunity to identify gaps in services availabler in her community. Recognizing that many local community members have needs that simply aren't addressed in traditional local services, Jeannine became inspired to create My Neighborheart.

Celeste Decker

Celeste lives in Epsom, NH with her family and many pets. She works as a social worker in the Capital area and is aware of the many challenges facing our community members. Celeste is passionate about community service and supporting others, whether at work, through volunteer opportunities or as a friend and neighbor. In her free time, Celeste loves spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs or just relaxing with a good book. 

Rich Dougherty

Rich is coming to the end of a 33 year career in teaching and is excited to find new ways to continue to give back to those in the community in which he and his wife raised their family.  

Jen Hoyt

Jen is a NH native, mom of five, cat mom of four, who has a passion for helping others through her involvement in various non-profit organizations.  She's also a small business owner and bookkeeper.

Kelly Molloy

Kelly is a mom, wife and local business owner who has lived in the Lakes Region for 20 years.  She believes that local hands-on engagement and participation is the best kind of support a community can have.

Josh Stephens

Josh is originally from the UK and has lived in NH since 2014 with his wife and, more recently, two young children. He works as a software engineer but is happiest when enjoying the outdoors. Having first become aware of the small gaps in the social safety net via his wife's work at a community mental health center, Josh is now motivated to help alleviate those needs within the Lakes Region community.
